What questions on Coaching do you have?
One of my favorite definitions: "Coaching is therapy for disturbances without pathological significance." The sentence also implies what coaching is not: Psychotherapy.
However, coaching can take you to the next level, illuminate blind spots, dissolve blockages, break entrenched patterns, and provide new impulses. Everything it takes to achieve your vision.
What should be different than before once you've achieved your vision? You set the goal; I support you in achieving it.
This is highly individual. Some objectives can be achieved in the short term, while others may require a longer-term approach.
Success also depends on how effectively new thought patterns and behaviors can be established in your life. An important aspect of coaching is, therefore, consistently implementing suggestions and exercises in your daily life.

I speak German (native) and English (fluent).
The free session lasts approximately 30 minutes. Here, you share your matter of concern with me, and we discuss whether and how we want to work together. This is an initial opportunity for us to 'get to know' each other and see if there's a good fit.
The initial conversation is entirely non-binding and free of charge.
Whether you want to get in shape, face career changes, or embark on a complete reset, coaching needs are as diverse as life itself. Handling conflicts and crises, improving stress management, and boosting self-confidence are also among the issues that can be addressed in coaching.
Since I work holistically, I am convinced that developmental issues overlap, and nothing should be considered sharply and in isolation. Nevertheless, for personal growth, one usually needs a 'ticket,' so to speak, as a starting point to embark on the journey.
